Ashlei Davis

 

The decision behind the name RealSprtsGirl is very simple: I’m a girl who really like sports. I enjoy watching sports almost as much I as enjoy playing them! It's been this way for as long as I can remember. I grew up playing basketball on the playground and football with the neighbors. On Saturdays in the fall, I attended Mississippi State Football games. Basically I grew up playing sports and watching SEC football.

 

As I got older, I still played sports. While attending Clemson University, I played every intramural sport there was, and attended as many football, basketball, baseball, and soccer games as I could. However I didn't just play intramural sports, I helped run the program.

At Clemson, I earned a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics Teaching with a minor Athletic Leadership. I received my Master's in Education from Chadron State College. Although I no longer play sports, I have expanded to watching all college football.

 

Along with this site, I write MMA and college football articles for Cleat Geeks (www.cleatgeeks.com). I'm also a college football contributor for N The Zone Show podcasts (http://nthezoneradio.podomatic.com). My favorite sports to watch are college football and college basketball.
